Initiative 1 | RELATIONSHIPS

• Assess economic avenues and resources so that tuition/fees are not a hindrance to attending the Academy.
• Explore avenues to reach more families in the communities served by the Academy.

Initiative 4 | UNITY

The fourth initiative in the Mount Hebron Christian Academy Strategic Plan is Unity. It says the Academy will be a positive example in the community portraying Biblical Unity.

The three objectives for this initiative are to:

• Ensure that all students, regardless of race, ethnicity, abilities or socioeconomic background, are cared for, respected and loved.
• Improve recruitment and retention of underrepresented communities in leadership, faculty, staff and students.
• Communicate Academy’s accomplishments, initiatives and innovations as the school embraces and exemplifies a diverse culture of excellence..

Initiative 5 | GROWTH

The second initiative in the Mount Hebron Christian Academy Strategic Plan s Growth. It says the Academy students will grow spiritually and academically through individual goals and ownership of their development.

The three objectives for this initiative are to:

• Focus on student spiritual growth so that students can self-assess, document and verbalize their spiritual growth.
• Develop a program(s) where students will partner with teachers and parents in their academic goals, assessments and growth.
• Provide relevant, innovative and transformative curriculum enabling all students to grow.

Initiative 6 | LEADERSHIP

The third initiative in the Mount Hebron Christian Academy Strategic Plan is is Leadership. It says the Academy will be a leader regionally in expanding Christian Education.

The three objectives for this initiative are to:

• Offer resources, expertise and opportunities to other Christian schools.
• Engage in local, state and national legislation and organizations that expand educational choice and Christian education.
• Attract, develop and retain the best and brightest teachers, administrators and staff.
